The Hotel Ezri has four conferencing halls each with different capacities enough to cater for both large and small conferencing meetings. They are well equpped with conferencing facilities as well as fast WIFI available throughout the Hotel for our guests.
CAPACITY 100 PAX
RIBUI HALL
- This hall has a mix of tinted and clear windows allowing in enough lighting at the same time blocking too much light where the projector screen is located.
- It is fully equipped with conferencing facility i.e sound system, projector, projector screen, fast WIFI and P.A system.
- The hall has a capacity of 100pax or more depending on arrangement.
- It offers beautiful view of the neighbourhood and is available on 1st floor.
- It is accessible through the lift as well as the stairs.
- Separate clean male and female toilets on the same floor.
- Accessibility enabled for People with Disability. There is spacious, clean and cozy accessible toilet on the floor.
- The hall shares the same floor with the 1st hotel restaurant making it easy for food service.
- Great for conferences or events.

M’NDUBA HALL
- A spacious hall with a capacity of 50pax or more depending on arrangement. It is fully equipped with conferencing facility, sound system,
- Fast WIFI, P.A system and a Project clean white wall.
- The room has two access doors, large windows that allows in enough natural lighting and fresh air.
- It has beautiful views of the neighbourhood.
- It is located on first floor and is accessible through the lift or the stairs.
- The floor has ladies and gents toilets and also an accessible toilet for people living with disability.
- It has beautiful views of the neighbourhood.
- It is also on the same floor with our restaurant.

KIATHADI HALL
- A spacious hall with a capacity of 100pax or more depending on arrangement.
- It is fully equipped with conferencing facility i.e sound system, fast WIFI, Projector, projector screen and a P.A System.
- The hall has large windows all round allowing enough lighting and fresh air.
- It also have tinted windows on the side where the projector is located to allow for clean clear display.
- The views from this hall are phenomenal showing clearly the Meru township and the Tharaka Nithi Hills.
- It is located on 8th floor and is accessible through the lift.
- The toilets are located on 9th floor through the stairs or the lift.
- Our clients get the opportunity to use the Rooftop restaurant during meal times.

MAITEI
- This is our largest hall with a capacity of 150pax or more depending on arrangement.
- It is fully equipped with conferencing facility i.e sound system, fast WIFI, Projector, projector screen and a P.A System and all materials are made available as per customer needs.
- The hall has large windows all round allowing enough lighting and fresh air.
- It also have tinted windows on the side where the projector is located to allow for clean clear display.
- It is also fitted with curtains in case there is need for dark room.
- This hall offers beautiful views of Meru township, Tharaka Nithi hills and Mt. Kenya.
- It is located on 8th floor and accessible through the lift.
- The toilets are on 9th floor accessible via lift or stairs.

The Hotel has boardrooms each with different capacities, offering diverse evetns themes according to the needs of our clients. The rooms are a perfect choice for corporate boardroom meetings as well as private parties like birthdays, bridal showers, baby showers, chamas, valentines parties, end year parties etc.

- A private comfortable room equipped with a comfy sofa, working table, TV set with DSTV and all Kenyan local channels.
- It has large windows fitted with curtains to allow enough natural lighting and fresh air.
- The boardroom has a bathroom with shower and a toilet ensuite.
- The comfort in this room offers privacy ensuring no interruptions during sessions.
- It has a capacity of 16pax or more depending on arrangement.
- The boardroom 1 is on 2nd floor and is accessible through the lift or the stairs.
CAPACITY 15 PAX
MEETING ROOM2
- A spacious open room with clear large windows allowing in enough lighting and fresh air.
- It has a capacity of 15 to 30 pax depending on arrangement.
- It has fast WIFI. Flip Chart and writing materials are provided depending on agreed package.
- The room has a beautiful view of meru township and Tharaka Nithi mountains.
- It is on 8th floor and is accessible through the lift.
- Toilets are accessible on 9th floor.
